How does your preview program work?

Choose up to three design replicas that mirror the look and feel of our engagement rings. Preview for up to 7 days and return using the prepaid shipping label provided.

Is your preview program free?

Each replica ring comes with a refundable $50 deposit while the bridal set is $100.

What is a replica ring?

A replica ring mirrors the look and feel of our engagement rings. The program ensures that you experience your ring at home so you can decide the right ring for you.

What is your replica ring made of?

Our replica rings are made from sterling silver and cubic zirconia.

Can I order a replica ring in a different size?

We offer replica rings between size 6 and 7.

Do you offer your preview program for international customers?

Currently, our replica rings are only for US customers.

How long does it take to receive my replica ring?

Typically you should receive your replica ring within 2-7 business days. However, availability of styles may result in a longer waiting period.

Can I preview more than three styles at once?

When will I get the refund for my deposit?

If you choose to proceed with a ring from our collection, the deposit would go towards your purchase. If you choose to not proceed with a ring from our collection, after the replica ring(s) come back into our facility and undergo a brief inspection period you will be refunded. Once you have been refunded it will take approximately 3-10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Do I have to purchase a ring after previewing it?

There is no obligation to purchase a ring once you’ve previewed it.

How long can I preview the replica ring before returning it?

You can preview your ring for up to 7 days before returning.
