Its intense pink sapphire center stone is enhanced by a glittering circle of near colorless diamonds, then set in a vintage -style, 14k yellow gold setting that's decorated with scrollwork on the sides. With each purchase, you'll receive a matching chain in your choice of 16" or 18" length.

All stones have a combined 1.86 total carat weight. The prong-set pink sapphire stone is of eye clean clarity; the diamonds are all prong set and rated G-H for color and SI1-SI2 for clarity.
