None, NY I was nervous buying an engagement ring through a website, but this was a good experience. Your customer service through email was excellent! My questions were always answered and Reyna was pretty fast in responding. My fiance finds the ring as beautiful! The thing that could be better is keeping me informed of when the ring is going to be delivered especially when it took longer the date that was first estimated. I'm very pleased with ring and thank you so much!

Winchester, VA A very beautiful ring at a reasonable price. Perfectly complements her hand! She loves it! However, the prongs are very sharp and we had to take it to a jeweler to fix it. The way it is advertised makes the prongs look smoother. But overall, an excellent ring.
