Schuyler, VA It took a while to get this ring due to the holidays and some issues with the jeweler, but it was well worth it in the end. The ring is beautiful and my wife loves it. The customer service staff at Allurez, namely, Minda and Jocelyn were very helpful in working through the issues and assured me that my order would be given high priority. High product quality and great customer service are hard to find these days, but Allurez delivered on both.
