Free One Year Warranty

We fully stand behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of the products offered by Allurez are covered by a 1 year warranty.

Additional years of warranty can also be purchased for a low price.

Ring Sizing:

• Allurez will gladly resize a ring that is too small or too large, FREE of charge.
• A full Eternity Ring cannot be re-sized because the stones are set all the way around the band. However, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy, so if you purchased an incorrect size you can simply send it back for an exchange or a refund.

Missing Stones:

• We will gladly replace missing stones; however, the cost to replace the missing stone is your responsibility.

This warranty covers manufacturer's defects, but excludes: lost stones; lost or stolen parts; damages due to personal misuse or negligence; general wear and tear such as scratches, and dents; fading or chipping (which depends almost entirely on how the product is handled by the user)' damages caused by misuse; tampering with the product; failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions (if included); and water damage. Improper repair performed by someone other than Allurez will void this warranty policy. Shipping charges are not included and are responsibility of the consumer.
