International Shipping:

All International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority Shipping. The flat fee for items shipped to Canada is $39, and to all other countries is $69.

All international customers are required to pay any applicable custom fees, duties, or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. These fees are not charged by us, and therefore, cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping expenses will be charged to your original form of payment.

We currently do not ship to Nigeria, India, Pakistan and Russia. If we are unable to ship to your country with full insurance we will notify you about this issue.

Handling Time:

Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom made orders, and items that need to be resized, will take about 7 days to ship. Some custom made orders, including Hidalgo rings of sizes other than 6.5 will take 3-5 weeks to ship.

Shipping to an address different than the billing address may delay your order. So please notify your credit card company before making a payment for an item that is being shipped to a different address than your billing address.

Shipping Upgrades:

If you need your order to arrive faster you can simply upgrade your shipping method at a low price:

UPS Overnight: Orders under $1,000 can be upgrade to UPS Overnight shipping at checkout for only $20. Orders $1,000 and above, will automatically be shipped with this method for FREE.

Saturday Delivery: If you would like your order to arrive on a Saturday you can choose Saturday Delivery at checkout for $20.

Signature Requirements:

For your security, most orders will require signature upon delivery. Please be sure that an adult authorized to sign for your packages is available to sign for the package.

Payments with PayPal:

For PayPal purchases, we can only ship to the address confirmed on your PayPal account.
