Hopelawn, NJ	My husband gets me, always has, and always will, and I love that about us! There is a special meaning behind this Christmas gift! On May 25th, 2019, our 32 year old son Joe Jr. had a heart transplant. His 6 year journey from beginning to end of his successful heart transplant, age 26-32. CHF (congestive heart failure) Scarring on bottom valves of heart. A-Fib, Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator/Pacemaker.
